I love the product, but the tank is a bit small, and theres no on/off switch. The cleaning ability is excellent, though, and Ill need to order more grout attachments.

I wanted to love this, but the steam pressure drops unless held perfectly straight. The sponge head broke after one use, and the bristle attachments flattened quickly. Considering returning it, as replacements arent available.

Works great and heats up fast, but had a hiccupthe hose in the water canister was folded, blocking steam. Fixed it with a chopstick, and it cleaned floors perfectly. However, the sponge attachment fell apart after one use (glue melted), and leftover water turned white. Window squeegee works well, though. Decent for the price, but needs better attachments.

The cord is too shortI have to keep unplugging and replugging to clean multiple rooms. A longer or cordless design would be better. Also, a larger, removable water tank would make it perfect.

I love this steamer! It works great, but Im giving it 4 stars because it lacks an on/off button, so I have to unplug it for breaks, which could damage it over time. I also wish the pads came in different colors to differentiate between bathroom and kitchen use.
